The BEST Grilled Kabobs! Seriously if you are looking for something to cook on the grill these easy chicken and filet mignon kabobs are a MUST try! With the best homemade essence, these grilled kabobs will be a summer time favorite!

I love these super simple Chicken and Filet Mignon Kabobs! They are so easy to execute and are seasoned with my dry rub essence and stacked on a skewer with colorful bell peppers, but if you want to add more to your kabobs, you could add anything you like; red onion, mushrooms or tomatoes and then grill them to perfection!

Summertime means it’s kabob time and these grilled Kabobs are perfection. The filet mignon gets a tender, delicious flavor from a simple dry-rub and it’s layered with the perfect combination of veggies. Kabobs are perfect for grilling in the backyard with friends or a weeknight dinner that kids love!

What Meat Should I Use for Kabobs?

I used Filet Mignon but Top sirloin is great for kabobs, as well. Both are lean and don’t have a lot of excess fat, making it easy to cut into cubes for the skewers. It is also budget friendly and easy find at any grocery store.

If you’re unsure of what kind of meat to buy, ask the butcher at the meat counter for some help. I’ve found they’re always so helpful and happy to help me pick the best cut of meat for what I’m making.

As for the Chicken, I normally use chicken breast on this video I used chicken thighs because that’s what i had on hand.

Just that simple!

Happy Summertime!
