Here’s a tasty refreshing vitamin C packed Clementine Cocktail! I love a healthy cocktail, lol! Clementines are the perfect portable snack with a shot of vitamin C for the whole family. At one sitting I can eat hundreds of clementines, which I usually do with my daughter. We can never eat just one and I buy them all the time for a healthy snack. I often put a great big bowl of clementines in the center of my dinning room table for decoration as well as for our eating pleasure. They’re the perfect snack for an “on the go” treat and are also good for cleansing your palate.
As Aliyah and I were on to our 5th clementine, I thought about a refreshing cocktail made with the Clementine juice, so I grabbed the juicer to change things up. This refreshing Clementine Cocktail came shortly after. It’s juicy and refreshing, and perfect for this week’s Friday happy hour cocktail. I found the best expression of those Cuties in a cocktail was to keep it simple. Paired with a crisp, clean vodka and a splash of sparkling clementine flavored juice beverage i bought at Trader Joe’s or you could use a splash of simple sugar, whatever you prefer.
Anyhow, here’s my version of Ali in the Valley’s Clementine Cocktail!
