Avocado toast is still all the rage, and for good reason. Creamy avocado, crispy toast, and a little everything bagel seasoning magic. Sure, I love getting it when I’m out, but today we’re making it at home in under 10 minutes. Quick, easy, and oh-so-satisfying.
Quick & Easy Avocado Toast with Everything

Bread:
2 slices whole grain or sourdough breadAvocado:
1 ripe avocadoToppings:
1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juiceOptional Additions:
2 large eggs (fried, poached, or soft-boiled)
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or cilantro), chopped
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Directions
- Toast the bread to your preferred crispness.
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop into a bowl. Mash with a fork until mostly smooth. Stir in lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
- Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
- Add any optional toppings: eggs, feta, herbs, or red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately while the toast is still crisp.
