Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Large onion chopped
2 Garlic cloves Finely chopped
1 Jar of Patak’s Tikka Marsala Spice Creations
1 lb Chicken breast diced
1 Can diced tomatoes
Coriander and lime to garnish optional
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft. (about 5 minutes)
- Add the spice of Patak’s Tikka Marsala Spice Creations and cook until aromatic. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Then reduce to simmer and cook for further 15-20 minutes. Add water if required.
- Double the amount for party style cooking.
