Chicken Tikka Marsala! Learn how to make Chicken Tikka Marsala at home. This recipe is so EASY, made on the stove top and tastes just like take-out! Ready in just 30 minutes, this Chicken Tikka Marsala can be on the table in no time.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 Large onion chopped

  • 2 Garlic cloves Finely chopped

  • 1 Jar of Patak’s Tikka Marsala Spice Creations

  • 1 lb Chicken breast diced

  • 1 Can diced tomatoes

  • Coriander and lime to garnish optional

Directions

  • Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft. (about 5 minutes)
  • Add the spice of Patak’s Tikka Marsala Spice Creations and cook until aromatic. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  • Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Then reduce to simmer and cook for further 15-20 minutes. Add water if required.
  • Double the amount for party style cooking.
