Life Comes Full Circle When You See Yourself In Your New Life!

Life has come full circle for me…what I mean is that my current beautiful life has come all the way back around!

I had a spiritual “aa-ha” moment while I was hiking up Runyon Canyon here in Los Angeles. See I used to hike Runyon Canyon back in 1995 when I had first moved to the Hollywood Hills and now I’m back hiking Runyon Canyon 26 years later because I recently moved back in the area.

Over the last year I have had some dramatic changes in my life. If you follow me then you know that with the rest of the world, I have a some tough times which I haven’t really divulged but I’m ready now to shed light on my life changes…

So let’s get the elephant out of the room…I’m getting Divorced!

Yes, I said it…Divorce…This is not the time to get into all the details because I’m not done with all the difficult legal bullshit as of yet but it has been my hardest transition in my life because this hasn’t been an easy divorce. But there has been some silver lining throughout the process because with all the difficulties (and trust me it’s been crazy) I have rediscovered my personal strength throughout this journey.

We all experience extremely difficult life changes and no one gets to escape them, for me the only thing I know how to do is focus on how to make myself a better stronger person inside and out. I will be revealing more in other blogs but what I have done over the last year and half is made self-care very important throughout this process and pandemic. Self-care is the new buzz word but it’s so important. Physical and Spiritual self-care are both so important and I will be revealing how and what I’ve done to accomplish my return to happiness!

Life comes full circle means that in the course of a lifetime you often circle back to things you thought you had left behind. These can be things, ideas or places.

All things work together for good, even the bad things.

The moment itself is full of promise, of a hope not previously seen on the horizon. It is a moment when, after months of struggle, you stand atop a hill and raise your arms in victory, knowing the commitment it took to get there.

The past year, I have focused on letting go, acknowledging anger, and living in the moment. It has been a journey. A path taken because something hit so hard, you had no choice but to push yourself up off the ground.

And, it is a reality that provides us with the tools to survive, no matter how difficult or inconvenient to our daily lives. That’s why it is so important to stand upon that hill and raise those arms. It matters because you’ve battled depression, and came out stronger than before.

I think we come to many full circles in our lifetime. When we open up to the possibility that change can strengthen us—building resilience muscles along the way—perhaps it can make the struggle a bit easier and you can welcome the cycle as a blessing instead of a curse.

More to come on this subject but for now…I celebrate my baby steps back to me🙏🏽…

And I’m grateful for all of it!
