Egg Thanksgiving Hash

Thanksgiving leftovers are always better the next day! Have a restful weekend!

Ingredients:

  1. stuffing
  2. yams
  3. mac & cheese
  4. ham (cut in small pieces)
  5. 2 organic eggs
  6. butter (1/4 inch)
  7. salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Skillet on medium heat add butter add all the leftovers to warm up.  
  2. Make a small space in leftovers and crack eggs in the middle.
  3. Salt and pepper on the eggs to taste! Yum!
