Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until well-coated. Slice the steak and layer it over the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
