Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted & cut into cubes
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1½ cups fresh chopped basil leaves
- 8 oz container of mozzarella pearls, drained
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: balsamic glaze for topping

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peaches, cherry tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella pearls.
