It’s healthy, satisfying, and comes together in under 30 minutes — no sauces, no stress, just bold, clean flavor.

Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Ali’s Essence Seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the Bowl:
- 2 cups cooked cilantro lime rice (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup canned black beans (drained & rinsed)
- 1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of ½ lime
- Light pinch of salt and pepper
- Extra sprinkle of Ali’s Essence Seasoning
- Fresh cilantro, optional for garnish
Directions
- Season the Salmon:
In a small bowl, mix garlic, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, and Essence. Rub over salmon fillets.
2. Cook the Salmon:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Set aside.
3. Build the Bowl:
Start with cilantro lime rice. Layer on black beans, corn, tomatoes, and onion.
4. Top It Off:
Add salmon fillet, squeeze lime juice over everything, and lightly season with salt, pepper, and a little more Essence. Garnish with fresh cilantro if you like.
