Salmon Burrito Bowl — Fast, Fresh & Full of Flavor

If you’re looking for a go-to weeknight bowl that’s quick and doesn’t skip on flavor, this is it. My Salmon Burrito Bowl starts with garlicky salmon, seasoned with lime and my signature Essence blend, served over ready-made cilantro lime rice with beans, corn, and all the fresh toppings.

It’s healthy, satisfying, and comes together in under 30 minutes — no sauces, no stress, just bold, clean flavor.

Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Ali’s Essence Seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Bowl:

  • 2 cups cooked cilantro lime rice (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup canned black beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Light pinch of salt and pepper
  • Extra sprinkle of Ali’s Essence Seasoning
  • Fresh cilantro, optional for garnish

Directions

  1. Season the Salmon:
    In a small bowl, mix garlic, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, and Essence. Rub over salmon fillets.

2. Cook the Salmon:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Set aside.

3. Build the Bowl:
Start with cilantro lime rice. Layer on black beans, corn, tomatoes, and onion.

4. Top It Off:
Add salmon fillet, squeeze lime juice over everything, and lightly season with salt, pepper, and a little more Essence. Garnish with fresh cilantro if you like.

5. Serve + Enjoy:
Clean, flavorful, and ready in under 30 minutes.
